Many of you are already running Android 2.2 (Froyo) on your HD2. And now you can run the latest version of Android 2.3 Gingerbread!
Android Gingerbread bring many small changes but the biggest change is speed and stability.
everything runs so much better on Gingerbread .
This build is not yet perfect, here is the working / not working list:
Working:
- 3G / Data
- Audio
- Bluetooth
- Wi-Fi
- 720p PLAYBACK
- Phone
- Camera (5MP !!!)
Not Working (In progress):
- Camcorder
- GPS
- USB Disk
Th Gingerbread installation is similar to the Froyo installation. for installation instructions see this post.
* If you get the blinking keypad lights bug, make a fake call (call your own number)
