Global navigating iPhone app TomTom expands to 5 countries

AMSTERDAM — TomTom has made its recently launched free iPhone application available in four more countries; Germany, Belgium, Portugal, and Denmark. Already its app has reached 75 000 downloads in the Netherlands in less than a month since its lauch. The TomTom Places is an iPhone application that combines POI database with maps.
